Traditional Thai food is not predominantly hot. It is a harmony of chili, curry, coconut cream, and the textures. The fragrances of different herbs [lemon grass, galanga root, ginger, basil leaves, mint leaves, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, and other delicate ingredients] to enhance the flavors to make Thai food unlike others.
Dinner, the main meal, consists of at least three dishes with rice. Dishes are all served at the same time. With the fork in the left hand and the spoon in the right hand, take a mouthful in any order you prefer and enjoy!
